Peach, fruit of succulent flesh, sugary and more or less sour, with a sweet and perfumed pulp, white, yellow or red one, a thin skin, velvety or smooth, which goes from yellow colour to carmine red, to salmon colour, and to a strong hazel colour, containing an inner almond, which can be adherent (duracinas peach) or non-adherent to the pulp of the peach.
